- Keep Swipes Short and Straight: The ball does not curve, and a swipe that is too long sends it wide or over the bar. Start short and lengthen your swipe a little at a time.
- Track the Ball: As keeper, start with the gloves in the middle of the goal and move them with the ball after the kick instead of guessing a side early.
